We started as SC Construction LLC in 2003 and now work publicly as SCC Exterior Plastering. We focus on stucco, EIFS, Dryvit, exterior plaster, and related finish systems across Metro Detroit.
We are built around exterior wall finishes, not a long list of unrelated trades. We repair and install the surfaces that protect buildings and shape the way they look from the outside.
Exterior finish work depends on the wall condition, the existing material, and the reason the surface failed or needs to be updated. We look at cracks, damaged sections, moisture concerns, windows, trim lines, and surrounding details before quoting the work.
We operated for years under the SC Construction name. SCC Exterior Plastering gives our work a clearer public identity: stucco, EIFS, Dryvit, exterior plaster, and related finish systems.
The name is new. The trade focus is not. We remain focused on exterior finish repair, installation, and surface restoration for homes and commercial buildings.
We work on homes, commercial buildings, offices, retail properties, and other exterior surfaces that need stucco or finish system work. Some projects are repair calls. Some are new finish projects. Others involve commercial updates where the building needs better curb appeal and better surface protection.
We do not provide painting services. Paint may change the color of a surface, but it does not rebuild failed stucco, repair EIFS damage, correct moisture issues, or restore a loose exterior finish.
Our work is focused on the exterior finish itself: the material, the repair, the prep, and the final surface.
